Is the pressure too strong?
You control it with the hand straps. Keep them loose for a lighter knead, or pull down gently for a deeper one.
How does charging work?
It's rechargeable with the included USB cable. Charge it, unplug it, and use it anywhere. It won't run while it's plugged in.
Can I use it on my back or legs?
Yes. Use it on the neck and shoulders, the lower back, or the calves.

Is it safe for everyone?
It's a personal comfort device, not a medical device. Don't use it if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have a medical condition, without asking your doctor first.
