We want you to love your Evenwarm massager. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Eligibility
- Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking.
- Return the massager with everything it came with: the charging cable, straps and any accessories.
- Original packaging is preferred but not required.
- Items damaged through misuse, water or accidents can't be returned for a refund.
How to start a return
- Email cohen.vandiver@icloud.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Pack the massager securely, ship it with a trackable service and send us the tracking number.
Return shipping costs
- Changed your mind: you pay the return shipping cost.
- Defective, damaged or wrong item: we cover it. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and often you won't need to send the item back.
Refunds
- Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you to confirm it.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post it.
- Shipping is free on every order, so there's no shipping charge to refund.
Bundles
If you return part of a 2-pack or 3-pack, we refund what you actually paid for the returned unit after the bundle discount.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
12-month warranty
If your massager stops working because of a manufacturing defect within 12 months of delivery, we'll replace it free. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, misuse, water damage, accidents, or damage from using a charger other than the one included.
Exchanges
Want the other color? Start a return and place a new order for the color you want.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that your order may already be with our fulfillment partner, but you can still return it once it arrives.
